If you are interested in registration for the upcoming school year, please print out the form below and mail to the school along with your registration fee. You can also drop off the form and fee in the school office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:15-12:30 during the school year.
If you are registering during the summer months, please call to schedule an appointment as our summer office hours vary.
